Associate
Good, first meet hr then manager and final interview with director. Interesting i recommand this company. Was avaible to complete it fully remote probably exceptionnal occasion due to covid.
- Can you walk me through your past experience?
- Describe how you deal with problems and challenges encountered in your day-to-day work.
Senior Associate
I applied through the website, and the first contact was with HR. The second stage was an interview with the area manager. In the first stage with HR, part of the interview was in English. In the second stage, the manager went deeper into my profile, asking questions more focused on my day-to-day, not just professional but personal, seeking to identify behavioral similarities with the current team.
- Can you tell me about your professional history?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you open to relocation?
Senior Associate
The hiring process was planned and well-organized. I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then I was invited onsite for a 1:1 interview that lasted about half a day. The onsite interview process involved STAR-type questions and a candidate presentation to a group. I didn't hear back for two weeks after interviewing, and after emailing HR to inquire, I received a negative response.
- Tell me about a time when you demonstrated specific skills or behaviors using the STAR method.
