It was very pleasant and clear. It consisted of 3 calls: one screening call, one with a boss, and another with a manager. They talked about the company, benefits, work arrangement, and salary. There was also a psychometric and occupational test. Everything went quite fast.

I had two chances. The first time they contacted me, sent me the video call link, and they never joined nor replied to my contact. Months later from Colombia, another person contacted me for the same position. Very unprofessional.

Case Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a job and I had to do a case study first. Then there were three interviews with the Hiring Manager, Director, and HRBP, and they all seemed to go okay. After that, they asked for my references and payslips, and they actually called my referees. They told me I was a top candidate, but then they kept pushing back the feedback for two months, saying 'wait another week' every time I checked in. It was hard to tell what was going on, and it felt like they weren't being upfront, which made me think I had a better chance than I did and it was a big waste of my time. I know hiring can be tough, but this made me wonder about how professional they are and how they treat people applying. It's a good reminder to check out how a company acts towards applicants because it probably says a lot about how they are inside.
