I went through three interviews. The first one was with C0rbin H0m, who also set up my other interviews. After the last interview, I never heard back. I sent a couple of follow-up emails to Mr. H0m asking about a timeline for when to hear back, but received no response. They were very responsive until that point. The other interviewers were very professional.

I recently interviewed with SBM and it was a really positive experience. The recruiter was great, and I appreciated how clear they were about everything, the interviewers were nice and engaging, and the whole process felt professional and respectful. If you're looking for a good candidate experience, SBM is the place.

The recruiter connected with me on LinkedIn. The interview went fine. It took two weeks to set up a second interview with the SVP of employee/candidate experience. She was a bit late and had to leave on time. She made a comment that was a red flag: "We work hard, but we play hard." She then suggested I meet with the hiring manager. The recruiter took over a month to get back to me, saying he would schedule the interview. I never heard back, which was fine because I didn't want to work for a company that made such a terrible first impression. The job probably isn't real; I bet this company posts jobs to make it look like they're growing.

The initial interview with the recruiter was positive; they even messaged the hiring manager who I'd be speaking with next, mentioning they were 'so excited'. After that, I followed up twice over some time, but received no response. There was zero communication after the recruiter expressed excitement to advance me. Months later, a different recruiter from the same company contacted me about interviewing for the same role. I resent the email thread from the first recruiter and referred them to it. Again, no reply. I was still interested after the first time they ghosted me, but I wanted to be polite. It's quite disrespectful for two recruiters not to respond.
