Typically, there are two rounds of interviews. The interviews involve a self-introduction and a discussion of your previous experiences, especially if you've worked in the BFSI sector. Since headcount is very limited, the State Heads will conduct the interviews. Your offer letter will be sent by HR in Mumbai at their convenience. I got mine in 4 days because they needed me to join urgently. You'll also need to complete CIBIL verification and submit a health declaration. For this role, you must pass the NISM VA examination.

So there were 3 parts to the process - first, a test, then the main interview, and finally an HR interview. The technical interview covered basics of MF, my past work experience, different investment types, SBIMF products, and SBIMF's timeline.
