Typically, there are two rounds of interviews. The interviews involve a self-introduction and a discussion of your previous experiences, especially if you've worked in the BFSI sector. Since headcount is very limited, the State Heads will conduct the interviews. Your offer letter will be sent by HR in Mumbai at their convenience. I got mine in 4 days because they needed me to join urgently. You'll also need to complete CIBIL verification and submit a health declaration. For this role, you must pass the NISM VA examination.

The interview was pretty brief and concise as questions were mostly asked relating to my interest in finance and related topics in mutual funds, as i was quiet keen on learn the financial terms in capital market it felt quiet easy to crack the interview.

At first we had a group discussion about the impact of global war on the economy, and then there was a one-on-one interview. Candidates who passed that went on to a second round with an aptitude test and other activities.

It was a 2 round process, split between online and offline. I met with the Fund Manager and a Manager. We analyzed financial statements and discussed current market awareness. They also asked about ratio analysis. They don't ask any irrelevant questions. Approvals take time. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
