first interview was over video through sparkhire. 2nd interview was over the phone, Hiring manager and recruiter was very nice and informative. Makes me excited to work here and see how things will go. Happy with my interview experience, will update when i start working

It was a quick, direct, and casual interview process. There was no room for negotiation. The offer was $15 per hour with added pay for bonuses earned. I got a call back within 24 hours. Then, there was a group training a week later. They briefly explained standard company expectations and future benefits like healthcare.
