Recruiter reached out about a Business Consultant role, made a good first impression and sent over some info. We agreed to move forward. The second interview was with someone who explained the company, the services I'd be selling and consulting on, and gave some basic compensation info (though some details were missing). Finally, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, which was also very basic.

There were several interviews. They wanted to know if I could learn the products and present them to clients. The recruiter went through my resume and asked some questions. I interviewed with the recruiter who then referred me to the operations manager. Each interview was at least an hour long. They seemed really interested in how much experience I have. They were also interested in my enthusiasm and asked if I could show the same drive in their business.

This was the absolute worst interview I've ever been through. Seriously, don't even bother applying, you'll just be wasting your time and talent. The person interviewing me was really unpleasant and didn't give me any useful information about the job at all. I have no idea how they think they can judge someone in just 10 minutes.
