I met with the chairman director. We had a nice chat and he was helpful about which division I could work in. They're really flexible with interns and offer positions, and even though it's not paid, it's still a great learning opportunity.

The entire interview process was not overly challenging. It involved general inquiries about my background, education, motivation for applying to Sberbank, and my knowledge of the organization. Surprisingly, a significant part of the later stages involved thorough security checks, including extensive background investigations on myself and my family. Despite these checks, I did not end up receiving access to a computer or personal login credentials.
