I applied via university career services and had an initial 30-minute HR check on campus. Then, I was invited to their office for a face-to-face interview. This started with a presentation, followed by a discussion to assess communication and maturity. A senior associate then explained the job responsibilities before a manager conducted technical and behavioral questions. Finally, a partner interviewed me for 30-45 minutes with open-ended questions.

I got contacted through my campus job database, then had an interview with a partner on campus. After that, I was invited to interview at the office. The office interview had three parts: first two interviews were with managers who asked a lot of behavioral questions, and the last interview was with a partner and was more conversational.
