Staff Accountant
The interview process was Ok, long had to meet with 3 separate people in one day for an hour each. Some of the questions were repetitive but it was fine
- Can you give an example of a time you faced an unexpected challenge?
Staff Auditor
I went through a couple rounds of interviews. The first round had partners interviewing and many candidates were filtered out. I passed that round and this was my second round, and I'm now waiting for the offer.
- Questions were based on scenarios.
Audit Associate
I applied via university career services and had an initial 30-minute HR check on campus. Then, I was invited to their office for a face-to-face interview. This started with a presentation, followed by a discussion to assess communication and maturity. A senior associate then explained the job responsibilities before a manager conducted technical and behavioral questions. Finally, a partner interviewed me for 30-45 minutes with open-ended questions.
- Describe a time you missed a deadline. How would you handle a similar situation in the future?
Intern
I got contacted through my campus job database, then had an interview with a partner on campus. After that, I was invited to interview at the office. The office interview had three parts: first two interviews were with managers who asked a lot of behavioral questions, and the last interview was with a partner and was more conversational.
- Can you share an instance of a problem you faced and the steps you took to resolve it?
- Tell me about a time you assumed a leadership role.
