So the interview process started out really good, but then I just got ghosted. The first 30-min phone screen with the recruiter was good. They asked me basic stuff about my past jobs, why I'm interested in the company, and they answered all my questions about the job. They were upfront about the pay, which is always a plus. They set up the next round, a 45-min video call with the manager and supervisor, pretty fast. This was also a good experience. The manager and supervisor were nice, informative, and just seemed like normal people. They let me lead the interview with my own questions. It felt more like a natural conversation with interview questions sprinkled in. I never felt like they were trying to trick me, just wanted to see if I'd fit in with their team. They told me what to expect for the final round, which was a sales presentation for a panel. They were really clear about the last round and what the rest of the hiring process would be like. They said they were interested and thought I'd be a good fit, and hoped I could start at the end of the month. I could feel their excitement and felt like we connected well. The recruiter called me that evening and said they also thought the interview went well and I'd hear back soon to schedule the final round. But I didn't hear anything back for over a week. I called the recruiter, and they called me back saying they "hoped" we could schedule the last interview soon. I emailed them after that. Haven't heard back since, by email or phone. It seems like a great company and team, but I feel like they strung me along!

Probably the worst process I have ever come across. Recruiter scheduled the initial round after a 2-week wait post the phone screen. The initial round went well but then I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I reached out to the recruiter, and she mentioned they were still interviewing and would keep me in the loop. I followed up again after 6 weeks from the first round, and got the same response. It's been 8 weeks, and I've obviously moved on. I don't understand why it's so difficult to just reach out and say you didn't get the job or the role is closed. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

The whole interview thing was super easy and clear. The recruiter and the managers were really helpful the whole time. You'll start with a phone chat to see if you're a fit. Then, there's a part where you do a performance task and a scenario task. Finally, you'll have a last interview to make sure you and the company are good fits and to align expectations. The recruiter will get back to you in a few days about their decision. Honestly, this was one of the smoothest interview processes I've been through.

The whole process lasted about 7 weeks. A great Talent Acquisition Partner reached out and set up a phone screening. After that, I had two interviews with people from two different departments. In between, I had a pretty tough writing assignment that I liked because it let me show I could do the job. Sadly, I didn't get the offer. The TA Partner gave me feedback from the team and set up a call to talk about other jobs. I really liked talking to all 5 people I met at Savvas. They all seemed to really care about the company's goals. I found Savvas to be the easiest and most open company I've interviewed with.
