It started with a phone interview, and I found reading their case studies super helpful, which is great 'cause a lot of the role is being tech savvy. That got me to the in-person interview. I sent a thank you note after, and then a follow-up since I didn't hear back for a bit. Apparently, the other intern who got hired did the same thing. They value diligence.

It was an on-site interview with the managing director, mostly behavioral questions. I got to learn more about the company and the people there. I also had the opportunity to speak with an alum who leads the research department. It was also a great informational experience.
