After submitting an application, I received a call for a short interview. Things went well, and the recruiter mentioned two in-office interviews as the next steps, promising to follow up with scheduling details. Despite waiting, I didn't hear back for four days. I then received a surprise text about a call to discuss feedback, which made me realize I wasn't moving forward. I'm still waiting for that feedback call.

It started with an application, then there was an HR interview where they asked about competencies and why I wanted to work at Savills. Then a virtual interview that was HR/technical, followed by an in-person interview that was more technical with some competency questions. It got more technical as it went on. Overall it was pretty straightforward and nothing too surprising.

Submitted CV and cover letter. Got invited to interview with a Manager, then followed up by an interview with a Director and Manager. The first interview was a really good experience. During the second interview, the Director was kind of condescending. When I brought up some info from the Savills Research Team, they said it wasn't fact and that I should have done my due diligence.
