The interview process was nice, it was online with the managers who would be my direct supervisors. They seemed to care more about my willingness to socialize outside of work hours. The questions were pretty standard.

Behavioral

Had a casual interview at HQ in the cafe. It was a very relaxed discussion, more of a chat than an intense grilling, probably because it's an entry-level position. They took my passport and National Insurance details. There's a 3-week wait for the training to start, but they were good about keeping in contact in between to let me know what to prepare.
