Project Manager
The interview process was positive. I talked with a good variety of different team members. They asked a good range of questions and we had a lot of discussions. It was also helpful to get a clear understanding of the role and the team beforehand.
- How did you handle a specific situation successfully
Project Manager
The interview process was quite disorganized and I didn't really enjoy it. There were too many people involved and the atmosphere was a bit strange. Overall, it was an unenjoyable experience as a graduate and I wouldn't recommend it. One interviewer seemed particularly uninterested and cold.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to manage a conflict.
Project Manager
The interview process was smooth with the recruiter and I didn't have any major issues. There were 3 stages in total. Each stage was scheduled well in advance and on time. The last stage was a panel interview. They asked the usual questions.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully completed a project?
