I had an interview with a director named Abhimanyu Goel. He seemed to be hired without merit and had a lot of big talk but no personality or professionalism. He insulted and humiliated me during the interview. It's funny because they were still interviewing people 5 months later, which shows how autocratic, self-entitled, and rude he is.

It was a straightforward process with clear signals they wanted to hire me. First, there was a pre-screening call with HR, followed by two interviews with the Head of Department and the line manager. They were very clear about extending an offer, leaving no room for doubt.

The interview process with the Savills bid team felt very empowering. It involved three interviews: a casual chat, a standard interview, and finally a 10-minute presentation responding to a scenario, followed by 15 minutes of questions. Although I felt excited and passionate about the role, it unfortunately didn't work out for me. I believe I was the only candidate invited to the final presentation stage.
