Graduate Role
Started with an intro to the day. We did a group exercise in the morning. Had lunch. Then had individual interviews after lunch. After that, there were two more stages. Unfortunately, I didn't get past the first of those.
- Can you explain why you are a suitable candidate for this position?
Graduate Trainee
We had a group interview. Each person introduced themselves in about a minute. Then, there was an individual presentation followed by a group discussion. You had to choose 2 questions for your personal presentation. The topic was about the elderly community, and we had 15 minutes to prepare. There were 6 candidates in each group.

Graduate Scheme
The interview process started with a CV review and a brief motivation question. This was followed by an online assessment that was purely behavioral. The final stage was an in-person assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of three parts: two group activities and one individual interview. For the individual interview, a 5-minute presentation was required, which needed to be prepared in advance. The first group activity involved a discussion (not really a debate) on general topics like the pros and cons of social media or the UK's leadership in climate change action. The second group activity was a scenario where we had to rank items in order of importance as a group if trapped in a cave.
