The interview process was very long. I first had a virtual interview, then an in-person one, followed by a test. The last interview was with team members before they made me an offer. It's a long process for an admin role, and I think it was difficult mainly because of the old-fashioned questions and the HR person not being very helpful.

I got the offer for the interview in early November, and they said I'd have an appointment the next week. It took over a month to actually get an interview. The whole process was really drawn out, which was frustrating because they just said they were busy and didn't really apologize for the three-week delay. But the interview itself was nice. The interviewers were friendly and made it a comfortable atmosphere. I guess they didn't find someone desperate for the job who saw it as a super important chance. I did think it was a good opportunity, but I wasn't sure about the job's stability after reading Glassdoor reviews. I think that might have made a difference.
