Savills Accountant Interview Questions
& Process

It's a 2 stage interview process, starting with a remote interview on Teams, followed by an in-person interview. After the interview, you'll typically be given a test covering Excel and Word skills. They ask a range of questions and you can expect to hear back within a week.

I was sent by the recruitment agency to have an interview in the Savills premises. First the interviewer that I should have had an interview with never showed up and then they were looking for a suitable replacement that turned up late. At the beginning the interviewer appeared friendly but then started asking all sorts of questions as if they were checking if I was lying in my CV. I felt very uncomfortable to say at least. It ended up more like an interrogation than an interview. This shows a toxic environment and straight away I knew that this is not the place I would want to work. After a few days another recruitment agency called and said that they are always looking for the same role to fulfil. You can also notice that they couldn't find an appropriate person for the job even though they interviewed with a lot of suitable candidates.

It was a two-step interview process. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, no difficult questions. They mostly asked general questions about my experience and personality. I heard the team was great until everyone quit because of bad management.
