Had a quick 15-minute chat. The interviewer was late and seemed disorganized. They asked very basic questions. I wasn't shown around, but the interview took place in the office. The interviewer was polite, and the whole thing felt very generic. They couldn't guarantee my hours.

I applied online twice. The first time, I took a personality test and got a call from a recruiter two days later. We talked about my availability, but my schedule wasn't sorted, so we hung up. The recruiter said they'd call back in a week, but the job got filled. The second time, I applied with my resume and got a call the next day. The recruiter told me about the jobs and convinced me to go for the personal shopper role instead of the grocery clerk one I applied for. The recruiter was really positive and asked typical questions. They sent my info to the store's hiring manager, and I interviewed face-to-face with HR two days later. The questions were normal, and I think I got hired right away 'cause they needed people.
