Sent application online, then got an email saying they were interested and to fill out a more in-depth form and email it back. Then got another email to set up a phone interview via a website. Had the phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes and was pretty standard. The recruiter said she was recommending me for the next step and I should expect an email. Recieved an email with a timed test: a 90-minute test followed by 130 questions in a 2.5-hour no-right-or-wrong personality test. Then got a call to set up a face-to-face interview at the store. I arrived 30 minutes early, walked around, then met the manager and interviewed with him. The questions were similar to the phone interview. I filled out another application, thanked him, and left. He said they'd call back the most qualified people for another interview. About 20 days later, I got a call saying they were pursuing other applicants but my application would stay on file for a year. Applied in December, heard back Feb 19th.

So I applied and a recruiter hit me up for an interview. Did that phone interview thing. Then I went in for an in-store interview, which was a breeze, seriously only like 10 minutes. We chatted about salary stuff (watch out, they'll try to pay you less if you're not careful). The whole thing took about three weeks.
