I sent in my application about a month ago, and they got back to me to schedule an interview. When I got there, a really nice cashier showed me to their back room, but it was a total mess. The manager eventually showed up but didn't even introduce herself or offer to shake my hand. I tried to make some small talk, but she wasn't having it. She just started asking me interview questions, avoiding eye contact and not giving any feedback. After the questions, I had to complete a math test on calculating percentages mentally and a personality test focused on stealing. Once I was done, she just told me I could go. She called three days later with a job offer, which was minimum wage. She said orientation was on Wednesday at 9 am, but I have class then. When I asked to reschedule, she said I probably didn't want the job and ended the call.

The store manager and assistant manager met me in a breakroom. The manager spoke really fast, making it hard to understand him. He asked me to talk about myself, so I shared my experience. He mentioned he had more interviews scheduled and that I'd get a call. He also said the hiring process is online and to make sure my email address is current. Still waiting!
