The interview was a Round Table Teams Meeting with 4-5 people from the company. They discussed my experience with different vendor software, what makes a good team, and leadership styles. I was asked to share multiple SOARS stories about leadership, results, championing change, and intelligent risk-taking.

Got an email from the hiring manager about an interview. After a long wait, they finally called and set up a time. They covered the cost of my trip and stay. I spent a full day interviewing with everyone on the team, all the way up to the Senior level manager. It was pretty relaxed and easygoing. No weird or difficult questions were asked, like describing a color to someone who is blind. I left feeling pretty confident I'd get the job. Two days later, I got the offer.
