They flew me in for the interview and covered my hotel and rental car. The process was pretty smooth and took about an hour of talking. The people were great, the offices were clean, and the interviewers were really friendly. I didn't feel stressed at all during the interview. After I got my badge, they showed me around and I met some future colleagues. Then we did the interview, which was very casual with simple questions.

After applying, I had a phone interview pretty soon after. Then, they scheduled an on-site interview and covered all my travel expenses, including a rental car and a nice hotel. The interview itself was pretty relaxed, lasted about 30 minutes, and then I toured the site. I got an offer not long after that. It was a really good experience overall.
