It was based on referral and they didn't ask any specific questions related to the job. They did ask some HR-type questions about my family, my marks, and where I'm from. Then they said let's join the company.

I had a face-to-face interview for a Full Stack Java developer role. The first round was a screening, asking about my current experience. The second round was technical, covering JavaScript basics, React basics, ES6, Java basics, OOP basics, and Spring Boot basic annotations. The third round was with a manager and was more technical, involving JavaScript coding exercises to predict output, React application questions (like why use Redux, how props and state work, and their differences), Java OOP concepts (all four pillars) and basic threading, and advanced Spring Boot annotations (qualifier, primary, and their use cases). The fourth round was with HR for salary discussion, and I received an offer, but declined it due to low salary. It was a walking interview, so everything happened in one day from 11:30 AM to 9 PM. The interview duration was long because about 150 candidates attended.
