The interview process started with a telephone interview, followed by a written MCQ test. Then, there was a client technical interview and a tool test. The final round was an HR interview. The HR interview was simple, asking basic questions, so it's advisable to prepare basic engineering concepts. Honesty is key, as the client interview will determine your role based on your skills. I had to wait for 3 days in the reception area for the client interview.

Had a telephonic screening first. Then they called me for a CAD skill test where they checked my CATIA skills in plastic design using a Central Console Bezel. After that, I had a technical face-to-face interview with the Team Manager to check my knowledge on automotive products. Lastly, there was an HR discussion about salary; no benefits were mentioned.

The selection process is really good, giving you a great chance to show your skills instead of just getting cut in the first round. There's a written exam that's 3 hours long. Then there's a group discussion, which is a major elimination round. After that, you'll have a technical interview and an HR interview. The basics are pretty straightforward, and you should be able to crack them easily.
