Presentation Behavioral Case

Applied online in Sept 2025. Got a call from HR for a F2F interview on very short notice. The interview involved analyzing the 2025 annual report for SATS, focusing on the trends and achievements of the department I applied for, and giving my perspective on its future. I had 30 minutes to prep a PowerPoint and deliver a presentation. This was followed by a panel discussion with the HR Director and Hiring Manager. The whole thing took about 90 mins. Afterwards, the HR Director mentioned I was on 'freeze' and they'd let me know about rejection. Over a month later, HR messaged on WhatsApp asking if I was still available since the hiring manager was still interested. I said yes, then got ghosted for another month. Mid-Nov, they called early asking to offer me a job and requested past payslips and my highest education certificate. After waiting two weeks and following up constantly, the HR Director called to say they'd filled the original position but wanted to offer me a lower-paying, newly opened position in the team. Despite red flags, I asked to see the offer. They stated they wanted to offer a senior exec role with lower pay, as they felt my experience didn't justify the title/salary. I questioned this, given they had my resume and interviewed me already. I finally uploaded my documents after the HR Director sent an auto-mail. They ghosted me again for 3 weeks. After constant follow-ups, they said they couldn't offer the AM title I wanted (my current title) and wished me luck. Avoid this place.

Had a virtual interview with one round. The interview was good, and the hiring managers were quite down-to-earth. They were transparent about benefits and work limitations. The follow-up after the interview was good, with a quick turnaround for the offer and negotiations, and strong communication.

Case Behavioral

The interview process had 2 rounds. The first round was a group case study with about 5 people. We went down the line answering questions. Three HR people were evaluating: one head and two executives, I think. The second round was with the hiring manager and one of their assistants.
