Executive
The interview experience was good and interesting. First, there was a quick intro to the company and the role. Then, there were some good questions that let me show my skills and experience.
- Can you provide more details about yourself?
Executive
You'll meet with a group of Tech Leads who will ask about your motivation for joining the company. They'll also want to know your understanding of the position you're interviewing for. Essentially, it's a chance to introduce yourself, highlight your strengths and weaknesses, and explain what you can contribute to the team.
- What is your understanding of the role?
Executive
I heard back from the hiring committee quickly after applying for the role. I had my interview within 2 weeks. The interview was conducted by 3 people. The interviewers were late and didn't seem very interested at the start. I didn't hear anything about rejection until I reached out to ask.
- Is this role something you are definitely sure you want?
