The registration was fast. However, I was quite upset by the interviewer's attitude. I'm a fresh graduate aiming to get experience in ground operations to help me get a different job title later that requires 2-5 years of experience. The interviewer was very judgmental, insinuating I didn't know what the job involved and wouldn't like it because it's a 'mundane' role and doesn't require a degree. She suggested I was in the wrong place. I wasn't even told about salary, benefits, or contract because she assumed I wasn't a good fit. I found it unprofessional that she gave unsolicited advice about my career path. I need to start somewhere to reach my goals, even if it means low pay and routine work for experience. I left feeling offended and am no longer interested in the job.

I went to a walk-in interview for the Customer Service Agent job at One Punggol and it was a really bad experience. It was super disorganized when I got there and they didn't give much info. The worst part was the recruiter's attitude. When I asked simple questions about the job, they just told me to 'just Google it.' They didn't try to explain anything or seem interested at all. The recruiter hardly talked, seemed bored, and I felt like they just wanted it to be over. It didn't feel like a real interview, more like they were doing us a favor. It's funny because it's a customer service company, but they were so rude and bad at communicating during their own hiring. I was expecting to be treated better and get more info, but I left feeling annoyed and like I didn't matter. I hope SATS actually listens to this kind of feedback and trains their recruiters to be more professional, respectful, and helpful during interviews.
