Working Student
After reaching out to the HR department, I was invited for a virtual interview which was pleasant. There were no overly complicated questions or riddles, just a conversation in a relaxed atmosphere with an HR representative and the hiring manager from the department.
- What is your motivation for this position?
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
Working Student
It was a simple and easy discussion about the resume and skillset. We later discussed the product portfolio and had a general discussion about the job role and student life. We also covered the start date and expected salary. Additionally, we talked about previous intercultural experiences and the nature of work in an internship or werkstudent position.
- Can you provide some basics about your resume and skillset?
- Tell me about your resume and skillset.
- Discuss the product portfolio.
Working Student
Nice chat, typical process: talk about yourself, why this position, why a good candidate, if it's compatible with your studies (we make sure you're aware of the time commitment as a working student).
- What Sartorius products are you familiar with?
