I had an onsite interview with 3 managers for this role. It was pretty standard, no curveballs. What was a bummer though, and it's kinda important to mention, is that as I was leaving after a quick look around the facility, the main manager guy told me like a bunch of times I'd hear back in 2 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and nada. I even followed up twice just to see if anyone got picked, but not even a quick email saying they went with someone else. It's your call, but for a company that says it's all about family, small, and fast, this whole communication thing really missed the mark and felt unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them.

It was a normal interview where they asked about my education and past jobs. I met with the engineering manager, but funny enough, they didn't know I was coming so HR was a bit confused about who I was.

It was pretty straightforward, not too tough but not amazing either. They'll go over your resume, so make sure you know it inside out. I had two interviews, one with the manager and chief manager, and then another with the director of engineering.
