Behavioral Other

After I sent my CV and cover letter, I had two initial interviews, a take-home assessment task, and an HR interview. The whole thing took about 1.5 months. Then, after two weeks of silence, I emailed them about my application status and got a brief reply saying they'd found someone else. No feedback was given at any point.

Behavioral Other

I had a couple of initial interviews with people who had formerly been in the junior associate position. Then, I had to complete a writing test, followed by a conversation with the head of HR. Finally, I had a meeting with the heads of the office I would be working at. The whole process took about 3 months.

The process started with a call to check my interest and understanding of the role. Then, there was a written test where I had to use provided company info to create a press release. Since the job was in China, a Chinese writing test was also included, which involved translation and summarization. The test was challenging due to minimal guidance, spelling errors, and unclear instructions. I was later told I didn't get the position, and they referred to it as an "internship," which felt odd given I applied for a full-time role.

  • Could you explain the function of SVC?
