We need to provide constructive criticism when necessary. It helps people grow. You should give feedback in a way that helps them improve, such as, 'Your answers were good, but you didn't fully explain your thinking. For future interviews, try to explain your thought process more to show how you solve problems.'

Behavioral Technical Presentation

A recruiter reached out to me about the role. First, I had a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed with a director for an hour. It seemed to go okay, but I didn't hear back for two weeks. The recruiter then scheduled me for another 30-minute interview in two weeks with a different director and a team member. The director didn't show up. The interview with the team member went well, and they asked if I'd be up for another, longer interview. I said yes and was told I'd get an email to confirm. A week later, I followed up with the recruiter, who then sent an email saying I was no longer being considered. This drawn-out process and poor communication made for a bad interview experience.
