Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saputo.
Analyst
There are 2 rounds: 1 with HR and another one with Hiring Managers. The process takes around 3-4 weeks depends on how urgent they need. If successful, it will follow with a background check and an offer following up.
- What makes you interested in this role?
- Tell me what you know about our company.
Analyst
The interview process involved two rounds. The hiring manager, who seemed to be newly promoted and lacking extensive management experience, conducted interviews in both rounds. It felt like they were reading questions from an online list, typical for an analyst role. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer because the manager was looking for someone 'easy to manage,' as hinted in the rejection feedback.
- What is your motivation for joining Saputo?
Analyst
The HR Manager was super communicative and kept me updated on the progress of my application. Although the interview process took a bit longer than I anticipated, the HR manager made sure to let me know the status and what was coming next. It was a positive experience overall. The role is global and the hiring manager is in a different city, which is why it took a while, but the interviews themselves went pretty quickly.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
