Supply Planner
The interview process began with a brief phone call with HR to discuss my availability and motivation. This was followed by a 30-minute interview with HR, covering typical questions. Finally, there was a 30-minute interview with the manager, which included typical questions as well as 1-2 questions focused on management and soft skills.
- What is your greatest weakness?
- How did you react when colleagues were in conflict?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage conflict between colleagues?
IT Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard and took about three weeks from start to finish. They really looked at both my skills and if I'd fit in with the team, using a mix of behavioural and technical questions. They kept me in the loop the whole time, explaining what to expect at each step. It included an initial phone chat, a panel interview with some of the team, and then a final talk with the higher-ups. They even gave me feedback after each part, which made the whole experience feel pretty good.
- What motivates your interest in our company?
Project Manager
Had two interviews in about a week. First was with HR, which involved typical HR questions. The second was with the hiring manager, a director, and was the most critical interview. It was department-dependent and included a wide range of technology questions, from SQL to DNS, with Azure knowledge being particularly important.
- Can you describe your process for selecting software?
- Tell me about your SQL expertise.
- What is your understanding of DNS?
HR Coordinator
The interview itself was pretty chill, really laid back, which I appreciated. I thought the conversation was awesome…BUT this company totally GHOSTED me. I interviewed like a month ago and heard nothing back. I sent a bunch of follow-up emails. I’m so disappointed because I thought this company was professional. I really thought it was going to be a great opportunity for me. The LEAST the recruiters/HR could do is send me a rejection email. It’s insane.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
