It was a good and amazing experience, and went wonderfully. They asked a complicated question which I answered well. It was a great day and I appreciate it. I'm not sure about the timing though. Enjoy the rest of the day.

The interview process was pretty good overall. The recruiter was very open about everything, which was great. However, the HR person, Abhijit Krishnamurthy, was completely useless and negotiated like it was a vegetable market with a really arrogant attitude. It felt like a total waste of time because there was no proper communication from them. Management at Sapiens really needs to find better HR staff.

You'll first have to get past the Director's interview, and if you nail that, you'll move on to an interview with someone Onshore (from Israel or Europe). These two rounds are super interesting and give you a lot of info. After that, there's the Business HR round. Often, you'll be talking to someone who isn't technical and doesn't really know the business. You'll have to show them you've got what it takes, even to this HR person who seems clueless about the business.
