Recruiter reached out after I applied online, super quick. We had a pre-assessment call. Then, they set up meetings with team members, about 4 or 5 interviews. After that, the team discussed, and I moved to round 2 with the managers. After interviewing with the managers, there was a deliberation period of a week or two before I heard back. I stayed in touch with the recruiter throughout.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me right away. They were professional and clear throughout. First, I had the usual HR phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. A couple of weeks later, I had a half-day panel interview with different peers. The process was very thorough but inconvenient for someone with a full-time job, requiring me to take off work three times. I interviewed with people in Atlanta and Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh interviewers weren't impressive; they seemed to be in their mid-30s, had been there since the company started, and lacked real-world experience. They acted like they were making things up as they went. One interviewer didn't even turn on her office lights! Very unprofessional. They need senior leadership to mentor them. Based on the vibe, I doubted continuing. I also didn't feel like a great fit. When HR called to say I didn't get the job, I wasn't too disappointed.

Great interviews with great people. Most of the challenge stemmed from my lack of experience with procurement. I was luke warm on the company at the beginning of the process. They did a great job selling themselves.
