Customer Service Representative
An agency reviewed my resume and connected me with the company. I met with two interviewers, a man and a woman. They gave me a tour of the work area, which I found very impressive. I'm still waiting to hear back, and my interview was four days ago.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Suppose you were tasked with cleaning the windows of the buildings at Dowton; what would be your approach, and what would be your pricing?
- How would you explain the concept of a computer to an eight-year-old child?
Customer Support Specialist
I had a really good vibe from the HR person, they kept me in the loop about everything. Seemed like a place you could really grow, though some of that wasn't totally true. The first chat with the recruiter was super nice and chill. The second interview with the team leads was pretty standard stuff. But then the interview with upper management was really cold and impersonal. They just seemed like they were going through the motions, not really invested in the hiring process.
- Focus on your ability to adapt to new technology.
- Focus on your ability to learn new programs.
Customer Support Representative
I was contacted by a recruiter and we chatted on the phone for a little bit before setting up an appointment with several team leaders. They were all very young, nice and easy to impress. The best thing about the interviewers was that they seemed to be sincere and relaxed. I didn't feel any pressure during the interview. Overall, I met some really nice people and it was a good experience.
- Were the questions pretty generic?
