Fui contactada pelo RH por e-mail em 14/11/24 e aceitei a proposta. A entrevista foi agendada para 19/11/24. Havia cerca de 12 pessoas na entrevista. A recrutadora se apresentou, falou sobre o Santander, salário e benefícios. Depois, cada um se apresentou (nome, local, sobre você, experiência e uma conquista). Em seguida, apresentaram um estudo de caso com 3 clientes diferentes, onde tínhamos que oferecer pelo menos 3 produtos para cada um. Foram 10 minutos para pensar, individualmente ou em grupo. Depois, tivemos que explicar as indicações. Como fizemos em grupo, ela perguntou o porquê das indicações aleatoriamente. A entrevista foi tranquila. No final, explicaram as próximas fases: entrevista com o gestor e com o regional para quem passar, e feedback para quem não passar.

The interview process skipped the HR call and went straight to the hiring managers. I had three separate conversations with different people. They asked about my past experiences and educational background. It wasn't very formal, but they seemed interested in my history and suggested roles that fit my profile.
