I was contacted by a Head Hunter and scheduled the first interview with her. During this call, she provided all the details about the job opening. Following that, we arranged an interview with the area managers. The interview with the managers was quite relaxed. After my pitch, they asked me some questions about my past experiences, my reasons for seeking a new job, and some technical questions about Agile Methodology and how to handle conflict situations. The entire session lasted about 50 minutes. I haven't received a response yet; it's been a little over two weeks, and I'm waiting.
