I did an online video interview, you get a couple of tries before submitting it, it was easy and straight forward. I felt a face-to-face interview would have been better. The team contacted me after to say I haven't progressed to the next stage and said how bad I did on the online stage. What a way to make people sad, a simple rejection email would have been fine.

It was a complex process, and it took me two months of waiting until I was actually hired, but once you're working there, it's completely different. In the end, you get used to it.
