Behavioral Presentation

I applied online through indeed and then had a video interview maybe about a month after. It wasn't a super hard process. Most of the questions were about how I communicate and handle problems in different situations.

It was a fair process from start to finish. After I passed the online questionnaire, I was invited for a phone interview, and then a video interview. The interviewers were really friendly and helpful, and tried to make me feel comfortable, even when I got stuck. They asked questions about customer service, risk, influencing others, and time management. The best way to get ready, as always, is to have STAR examples prepared, and have good questions to ask at the end. Don't be scared to ask for clarification if you don't get a question!

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

I started by filling out an online application that had a numerical and a scenario test. Then I got invited to a 15-minute phone interview. After that, I got asked to an assessment day at their HQ in Glasgow with 5 other people, but no group tasks. We did an intro and another numerical test. Then we had to study a brief for a role play. We went in one by one to do a role play call about a customer not getting their debit card, and we had to use the brief and notes to respond to triggers like the customer being annoyed about the wait. We had to override the system to get the card delivered in 48 hours. We also had to try and promote a personal loan to the customer as they were getting married and set a time to call them back about the loan and to check on the card delivery. After the role play, there was a one-to-one interview, which was competency-based, asking about why I want to work there, challenging situations, and excellent customer service examples. I guess this leads to a background check and then an offer.
