The first interview was a phone call, and it was informal. The second interview was in person, and it was also casual. The third interview is also in person. The new building was a bit intimidating.

So I had a phone interview and I think Sandhills should really look at their interviewing process. The interviewer asked me how long it took me to graduate. I told her it took me 5 years because I started in 2005 and finished in 2011 with a year off and a major change. She then asked for the dates I started and finished and got all huffy saying 'Oh so you mean six years?' like I was lying. It felt weird so I asked my career counselor who said I should report the full time but explain the break, and that the interviewer was probably being snooty. She also mentioned that if they don't understand taking time off for financial reasons, it's probably not a good place to work. Also, maybe look into that study about attractiveness and employability? I'm just saying, don't be afraid to hire attractive people, maybe they're worried about attractive women being a distraction or something, I don't know.

Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty easy. There were 3 interviews. The first one was a phone interview where they went over my work history. The second interview was the same as the phone one, but in person. The third interview was with the department head. If you make it to the third, you basically have the job unless you say something really dumb. They ask a lot of questions.
