Behavioral Technical Other

I had 3 interviews here before getting an offer, although some people have had 2 or 4. The first one was a phone call, covering basic resume points, job history, and reasons for leaving previous roles. The second was an in-person meeting with HR, focusing on behavioral questions and past experiences in jobs or school related to the job skills. The third interview was with a sales manager, mostly checking if my personality would fit the company culture. If you make it this far, the job is usually yours unless you really mess up. It felt like the manager was just getting to know me, as he ended up managing the department I joined.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a standard phone call where they asked general questions about my CV and my interest in the company. Then, there was a first interview with an HR manager, focusing more on my strengths and weaknesses, why I'm interested in sales, and asking for examples of disagreements I've had with a leader. The final interview involved two managers who came across as quite arrogant. They asked more general questions about the job and the sales position, and were very in-depth about references, so be careful who you put down.

You begin with a brief phone call with HR. After that, they'll set up an in-person interview at the Sandhills Campus. There, you'll meet the same HR person again, who will review your earlier answers and ask a few more questions. Then, a senior HR person will join to discuss your responses and any other questions they have. Finally, an available sales manager will come in for a more casual chat to get to know you better. I got the offer the next day.
