I applied online and then got a call about three weeks later. The process included three interviews. The first was a phone interview where they asked general questions about what I was looking for in an internship. Then, I had a second interview with HR, which involved questions about my past work and some behavioral questions. The third interview was with the managers of the department I applied to.

There were 2 interviews initially, the first was a phone call, and the second was in person. The in-person interview included HR, a senior manager, and my direct boss. My experience with HR during the interview made me feel like they were not engaged, possibly due to the repetitive nature of meeting new candidates. Unfortunately, one of the scheduled interviewers was absent, requiring me to return for another interview. This involved another 5.5-hour drive for what turned out to be a very brief 10-minute final interview, which could have easily been handled over the phone for efficiency. Furthermore, they were unwilling or unable to provide substantive answers to any questions beyond the superficial. It's also important to mention that the job description provided was misleading regarding the actual responsibilities of the role.

So first you have a phone interview that's about 45 minutes, pretty basic, they go over your resume and past jobs, keep your resume handy. Then, there's an in person with HR, which is two hours. It's kinda the same questions but a different person, and they ask a lot about what you think of marketing and sales and your experiences with them. Lastly, you do a managerial interview, super casual, just getting to know you.
