Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sandhills Global.
Data Scientist
The interview experience was good and professional. Since it was an in-person interview, I was told about the office dress code beforehand. It was what you'd expect for an interview for this role, like a suit or business dress.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Data Scientist Intern
It's a 3 part process. The first part is over the phone and is very generic. The second part is in person and is for HR representatives to get to know you and ask how you respond in certain work environments. The third part is with the person who oversees your internship and is a bit more technical, so they get a feel for how much you know going in.
- Can you describe a time you overcame a difficult situation?
Data Scientist
Had a phone interview and then an in-person one. The phone interview was pretty simple, mainly asking about my resume. For the in-person interview, I had to dress up a bit more formally. They showed me around the office. I felt like it went okay, but ultimately didn't get an offer.
- Are there any other roles or departments at Sandhills that catch your eye or that you'd be interested in joining?
