Had a quick intro round for 20 mins, then a follow-up 30 min interview where we went a bit deeper into motivation and sales background. They were trying to figure out if I was aligned with the vision.

Made it through to the final round for this role. At each stage, the interviewers seemed uninterested and distracted, acting like they were 'above' the candidate - even the founder. They talk about building a talent-dense team with low egos, but their actions didn't reflect that. I'd even thought about declining an offer because of this alone. I've since interviewed at much more reputable companies where the experience was way better, with interviewers actually engaged, having good conversations, and being more professional and appreciative of my time. Lots of red flags here, but hopefully they fix them because the company's mission is great.

Behavioral Technical Other

I went through three interviews. The first one was at 4:30am EST (which was wild), another was originally set for 5am but they rescheduled it to a better time the night before, and the last one was at 9:30am. The first couple of interviews were pretty superficial, not many questions were asked. The third interview was more direct and felt a bit strange by the end. They talked about a "self sufficient" culture and that they weren't looking for someone to manage people. The whole thing was annoying because of the weird timing and it took a month to get rejected. Pretty frustrating.
