Behavioral Case

I interviewed for the Engagement Manager role in Stockholm. The entire process felt really disorganized and honestly, like Sana didn't have much respect for interviewees. Even though the company seems great and the product is amazing, they really need to step up their interview game. I met some awesome people there, but my experience with the senior manager interview was super negative – the interviewer was clearly disengaged, typing and doing other things while we talked. I felt like they weren't listening and had a really bad attitude, which I found disrespectful. Never had such a negative vibe from an interviewer before, though I did meet some really interesting people at Sana. They should fix these processes or they'll lose out on good candidates.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So the process was: first an intro call, then a team interview where they assessed my experience and culture fit. After that, I had a case study interview. Finally, there was a culture fit interview with leadership. I'd say, make sure you have good answers ready for questions like 'What motivates you?' and 'Why Sana?'. The case study part was a bit rough for me, the interviewer seemed really distracted and not engaged when I was presenting. They were smiling weirdly and might have been chatting with others. It felt unprofessional, though the other interviews were fine.
