So I did the HR screening, then an online assessment, then a QBR presentation, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager and then one with the CEO. I finished all the rounds and was told I'd hear back the next week. I nudged HR mid-week but got nothing back. I reached out to the Hiring Manager at the end of the week, also no response. Complete ghosting. It was a lot of time spent on interviewing and prepping for the QBR, and it would have been nice to at least get a rejection instead of silence. Super unprofessional and a letdown.

Behavioral Other

The initial screening call with the recruiter was really good, quite possibly the best I've experienced – she was clear, thoughtful, and seemed genuinely invested in my success. However, I didn't advance because they require a 50-minute assessment test that includes cognitive and personality evaluations, plus a video recording. I found these elements to be quite awful and outdated. The compensation is also a bit under market rate. I didn't meet their scoring criteria for this assessment, which served as a crucial factor for moving to the next interview stage, so be ready for that.

Had an initial phone chat, the vibe was really good. They asked standard, but fair questions about my past experiences and my personal profile. We went back and forth quickly, not getting stuck on any one thing. It felt like a conversation geared towards moving to the next stage.
