I initially applied online for a bunch of admin jobs. This one was at the campus near my home. First there was a phone screening, then an in-person interview.

It was a phone interview, then a face-to-face, and then a meeting with the Provost. After that, there was a background check and salary negotiation, followed by a formal job offer. They called back within a few days after each step. I think they only hire at the start and middle of the month.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked a lot of scenario questions. For example, someone in the group interview would pretend to be an angry parent wanting to get information on their student's account and you have to reply as if you were actually in that situation.
