I had a one-on-one chat with the lead professor where we went back and forth about my background and if I wanted to teach the subject. Then we talked about the platforms used for classes and if I knew how to use them. After that, we discussed pay and benefits.

I had a pretty long interview with a group of five people from different parts of the institution. For the second interview, I had to do a teaching demonstration. Each person on the committee got to ask me two questions, covering things like teaching strategies, making sure students succeed, how I deal with special groups of students, and working with people from different fields.

I applied in November and didn't get a response until March, so it took a while. I had a couple of face-to-face and group interviews, and some phone calls too. It was all nice, and everyone was friendly. They asked a lot of general questions and questions related to the specific job. If you're going for a coordinator role, being confident is really important.
